Each course this month will be accompanied by a beer pairing from

Corned Beef & Cabbage Spring Rolls
The staple Irish boiled dinner made into finger food
Ground Certified Angus Corned Beef wrapped in Cabbage and Steamed
served w/ a Tasman Red IPA Peanut Sauce

Irish Gnocchi Pasta Salad
Horseradish infused Potato Pasta (Fadge) served cold
topped w/ Winter Greens cooked in Dark Depths Baltic IPA Pork Stock garnished w/ shaved Jicama

Smoked Haddock over Roasted Root Vegetables, Cheddar Mash Potatoes and a Seasoned Cream Broth

Stuffed Rib Eye Roast
Certified Angus Rib Eye stuffed w/ Spinach & Wild Mushrooms

Served w/ Pea Champ and Irish Whiskey Gravy

Colcannon vs. Shepherd’s Pie(vegetarian)
A vegetarian version of Shepherd’s Pie made w/ Vegetable Stew
and topped with a Caramelized Apple & Onion Colcannon
